Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to initiate an exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. To start an exchange, email info@thehouseoffondo.com with your order number and a description of the item you'd like to exchange for.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, email info@thehouseoffondo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using tracked shipping so you can confirm delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, clearance merchandise, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@thehouseoffondo.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
